HEYYYY! This year needs to slow down already! Happy February, what are your plans for this month? Well last month I was concentrating on doing lots of cardio and I unfortunatley hurt my knee by running! So, I am doing other forms of cardio now which is pretty sweet because it has switched up my routine and I am really enjoying it! Also the weather has been just incredible here in SoCal so I have been hitting trails outside! I can't wait for Spring, I love warm weather! Let's have a killer February everyone! I hope that your week is going well for you! It is a gorgeous day here in sunny Southern California, is it nice weather where you are? I have been doing ok, I am currently nursing several injury's at the moment :( that's what happens in old age haaha! Since it is almost Spring and bikini weather I have been doing lots of running outside, it feels amazing in the fresh air by the ocean! Here are some shots that Joe of HDP took while we were hanging out in Hermosa Beach CA...and here's 10 more shots from my workout at American Family Fitness in Pontoon Beach, IL.
