membership and usage: I agree to pay an access fee for the
membership portion of this site. The charge will automatically
bill to my account each month until cancelled by me. The
material on this website is the property of TanyaFitness.com
or has been published here with full permission of its owners.
A subscription gives members access to all the material on the
site for personal use and entertainment only. You are welcome
to download as much as you would like over the course of your
membership, with a daily cap of 1 GB per day, to your personal
computer and archives, but you may not sell or in any way
redistribute the material here (to anyone or for any use)
outside your home. Your username/password are your license to
access the site and it is your responsibility to protect it.

NOTE: If your password is being shared, is posted in a
public forum, or is reasonable to believed to have been
shared, then we reserve the right to terminate your membership
without a refund. Many download managers are not
compatible with our servers and will not be allowed due to
exceeding bandwidth limitations. Download bandwidth is
limited to 1 Gig/day per user, which is roughly 25-30 HD
clips. You may receive notice of excessive usage and be
required to wait for a 24-hour period before you are able to
download again if the limit is exceeded. Our site uses
Windows Media DRM technology with true LIFETIME licenses on
many of our HD clips. To be able to view the HD videos
you will need a Windows-based computer and play back your
media files in Windows Media Player 9, 10, or 11, or you can
run Windows on your Mac hardware. If you change
computers or upgrade to a new Windows operating system, you
will need to renew your licenses with CCBill.com - so it's
important to retain your customer ID number upon registration
(link available on the FAQ page).
