Super intense training session at Powerhouse Gym in St. Louis, MO. Big thanks to Roger Semsch for letting us use his awesome gym to shoot this video. I lifted HEAVY that day, and put in some nice instructional pointers at times, too, to help you on your workouts. I really worked up a sweat!
